Your member workspace is linked to your signed-in account. Other members cannot read or change your plan.
How your workspace is stored
CYF stores your financial inputs, assumptions and saved scenarios in Supabase. Access rules restrict members to their own records. CYF administrators and service providers may access records when needed to operate and support the service. Your workspace is not shared with other members or with Intentiva’s planning workspaces.
Sign-in uses secure session cookies. CYF does not keep your member plan in browser storage. Sign out when using a shared device. Downloaded backups and printed plans remain on the device where you save them.
Before you enter figures
Use rounded estimates and general labels. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, government login details or confidential medical and legal documents.
Payments and membership
Stripe processes payments and stores billing information. CYF receives subscription status and billing identifiers. Payment card details are not stored in your planning workspace. Cancel future renewals from My Membership. Canceling a subscription does not delete your saved plan.
Your first monthly or annual membership payment is eligible for a full refund requested within 14 days of that payment. Renewals and payments outside this guarantee are non-refundable except where required by law. See Refund policy and support for details.

For support, refund requests, privacy questions or help with your saved information, email support@cyfinvestments.com. Include your membership email address, but never send passwords, payment card details or sensitive planning records by email.
Your data controls
Download your saved workspace from My Membership, including after your membership ends. Active members can restore a CYF backup using the backup controls in My Plan. Restoring merges records; export a copy before restoring. Canceling membership does not remove saved records or Stripe’s billing records.
Older CYF work saved in this browser is not automatically attached to an account. Export it from My Membership, then explicitly restore the backup into your signed-in workspace. This prevents one person’s device data from being attached to another person’s account.

Previously saved writing, goals and other records are retained in your account and full backup. Those sections are no longer part of the retirement planning interface. They are not deleted by this redesign.
External resources
Linked resources follow their own privacy policies. CYF does not send your planning entries to those websites.
